Terrible Experience!! Misleading and Unprofessional Service! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The manager knowingly sold us a room meant for two people, even though he was aware we were a group of four. We were charged $500 for the room, and were told it would accommodate all of us. When we arrived and were ready to sleep, we realized there were only two beds and no proper space or sleeping arrangements for four people. Nice hotel right downtown and walking distance to most everything.
Perfect suite for family
The only positive about this hotel is the service, and free breakfast. The breakfast options aren’t unlimited, but the issue is the beds. We got 2 Queen beds, and they were so incredibly small they were smaller than Full-Size. Bathroom is way small but big enough so that people can’t complain. No fan in the bathroom, just a toilet and shower.
