This Springhill has been my second home for the last few years due to my work in the area. It is very clean and well maintained, they are in the process of updating the rooms, after 4 years of staying here I am glad they are updating but it was in good shape without the improvements. Good breakfast, excellent Managers social M-T-W, only hotel that I have stayed with that serves wine and beer on the house. Horrible experience, probably slept 2 hours. This is coming from someone who travels half the year on business, this hotel either was poorly made or the people who stayed that night were incredibly inconsiderate. I requested a top floor room, but didn't receive one. Won't be staying here again.
Jamie's staff is amazing. .friendly management. Good nightly food specials. And the best 7pm on the dot cookies and milk. . Very enjoyable stay while visiting Wenatchee. Tom Smith
The Hotel is very clean, and the room is well design. Staying in King suite room is the best except the neighbor room occupants are super loud from 10pm to 2am in the morning, but it was resolved when I call the front desk to silenced them in first knocked. The hot tub is big but the pool is tiny with 21 maximum capacity, it was crowded.But location and accommodations are great.
