Our stay on 02/19/26 was a bad experience. Fleas in the room caused bites on my wife’s legs. After figuring out what was wrong, We immediately contacted the hotel after checkout and requested our points refunded. We are still waiting for that process to be fulfilled. Not staying at this property again due to lack of concern for guests. They are not cleaning efficiently after pets apparently. Very disappointed as a lifetime Marriott member and timeshare owner as well.
This was a nice and affordable Spring Hill Suites and I would recommend it for anyone staying in Tulsa. It has a bar and a happy hour which is a nice bonus. The complimentary breakfast was good with a lot of options. All of the staff were very nice. The pool was good although the water was freezing cold! (its an indoor pool). One downside was that I did find several ants and other bugs in my room but I think it was because we were on the first floor, near the outside door. I will preface this by saying that I travel for work so I stay in hotels 40-45 weeks a year. Usually in Marriotts and I almost never have issues. Don’t plan on checking in on the app. It means nothing. Had to wait a long time to check in because no one was at the desk. Had neighbors that were so noisy that I actually had to call down to the desk and was treated like it was me problem. Pretty sure the desk never came up to address it as it kept going on. The rooms are clean and still pretty nice for a 10 year old hotel. The online check in does not work so you are forced to go to the desk, where they treat you like you’re trying to do something shady and make you run your card again even though you booked online, which isn’t normal for Marriotts and led to a bunch of weird pending charges on my account. I stay in them almost every week and they always just charge the card I use when I book through Concur.
Stayed for the night. Clean. Breakfast included was nice. Would come through again
