AVOID this location!! We booked two rooms on 5/20 for stay 5/25-5/26 and were immediately charged for both rooms. We stay at Marriotts often and were confused by this as we are typically not charged until day of check-in or past the cancellation date/time (which for this reservation was 5/23 at 6:00 p.m.). When the team we were planning to watch in the state tourney did not advance, we canceled the rooms on 5/22. In my opinion, this is probably the second best hotel in topeka. Highly recommend.
We were double charged on a recent stay. We reached out to the property to resolve the issue. There has been a total lack of management follow-through and resolution on this issue. Very disappointing.
