Our suit was very clean and nice to come back to after long days at the beach.
I haven't stayed yet. I will on Monday the 27th. I just want to say I've had to call a few times for questions I had. Jeremy was more than helpful. A few times employees couldn't even help me. I was happy to have him answer the phone.
I stayed here on July 3rd, when a storm knocked out the power during our stay. I realize these things happen... but the hotel made no effort to accommodate the guests. Hallways and staircases had no lights, no hot water, no complimentary breakfast. Management made no effort to provide anything for the guests. I drove to Walmart, less than quarter of a mile to purchase flashlights, water, and snacks.
