I was there with a coach bus and college team. The parking is a bit tricky with the coach but was able to position myself for the way out in the morning. Hotel was great and breakfast was good also. Thank you. Tom the bus driver!
Very clean and very friendly staff. We felt welcome from the start
From check in to check out, I have no complaints. The lady at the front desk was helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. Shower was great bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and plenty of seating in the lobby. Pool area is clean and the water wasn’t freezing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in
Our stay was great! Wanted to give a shoutout to Nya at the front desk! She was welcoming, kind, friendly, and really made our family feel right at home! Thanks again to Nya and the Springhill Suites staff!
