Great experience overall. Rooms, breakfast and service all exceeded our expectations. Having to pay $30 per night for parking was a bummer.
Wonderful, but they cut cost by not providing complimentary lobby coffees and teas in the day and that felt underwhelming for such a high quality place. Similar that the waffles are only available weekends.
Update...after some eventual correspondence back and forth with the hotel, they were responsive to my concerns related to my below review of my first attempt to stay there. I ended up giving it another chance and the facilities were nice and the staff was accommodating. They are still working out some WIFI dead spots in the rooms but they tried hard to help make it better. This was my first time staying here. The service was outstanding from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
