Rooms were average. The beds and towels were clean, but the bathroom wasn’t in the best shape. Breakfast did not have as many options as other hotels of the same price. Parking is in a private lot directly next to the hotel.

This was one of the most disappointing Marriott stays I've experienced. Our room's air conditioning failed, and despite reporting it immediately, the room remained at 76+ degrees for well over 12 hours. Our first night was miserable, and one of my sons even woke up feeling nauseous because of the heat. We left for a baseball game expecting the issue to be fixed while we were gone, only to return to a room that was just as hot. Trying to get assistance only added to the frustration. Old rooms with musty smell, doors barely closed and water never did turn off in bathtub. But right across the street from PNC
