This was my second stay at this hotel for work, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The only reason I decided to give this hotel a second chance was because of the Regional Manager who oversees the General Manager. After my first stay, I had concerns that the GM refused to properly address. Hotel is OK. It’s a little dated but we got a good deal as far as price since I booked so far in advance.The housekeeping service is non-existent. It’s my 3rd day here and no housekeeper has come to my room. I requested service several times. A nice staff person did bring clean towels. We had to go buy our own trash bags so we could sit trash out in the hallway. Much room for improvement. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been either. Property is not worth the price. Terribly dated rooms, very old furniture and finishings, not at all Marriott quality and not for the price charged. Staff is very nice though.
Loved my room. Loved the pool and loved the staff!!
