This hotel has lots of positives – and a few negatives. On the positive side, it’s a very convenient location right on the ODU campus. The first floor of the spacious garage right across from the entrance is reserved for hotel guests, so parking is very convenient and easy. The staff here is, mostly, very sweet and helpful. They try to quickly honor requests for stuff like more toilet paper or a repair to a clogged sink. Room was very dated. Shower curtain was yellow from where it brushed across the toilet since the curtain rod was partially broken. Hair in the tub and on shower walls. Even on the 5th floor, the noise from Hampton Blvd was terrible all night - drag racing/motorcycles, sirens, etc. Do not recommend.
