The hotel wasn’t great, but the beds were comfortable. It was kind of strange because the shower and the toilet were separate. Another thing is, that the door to the shower did not lock. Other than that it was fine. The pool was heated, so that was pretty nice. Another nice thing is the ellipticals and treadmills had a built-in tv. The breakfast was not that good, especially the scrambled eggs. The TV in the room was a good size. A nice thing about the TV is you could sign in to Netflix. 3/5
I’ve stayed here a couple times, as our daughter is attending Murray State and this is the closest hotel to the university. We have always had a very good experience staying here, the rooms are clean and the staff is always exceptionally friendly! This time I am reviewing specifically Jason (the storm survivor!). I had to cancel, same day, my reservation due to the torrential rains that caused flooded/closed roads in MO/IL/KY so that I could not safely make it out there for my planned visit. Did not have a stay here, but thrilled with them being accommodating due to inclement weather and allowing me to cancel free of charge. Awesome customer service!
