Only stayed 1 night. We did the park & go package. Rooms have a lot space. I like having 2 bathrooms. While we were only there one night so it didn't quite matter but there is nowhere to hang towels except for one hook that we used for the hand towel. The only staff I had contact with were the front desk and the bus driver. All were informative & nice. We went to Miami University to meet Dr. Wang. Wonderful man and very honest. The food and service are wonderful. We are going back for three or four days when my wife gets her back fixed. Parking was fine. All and all we are happy 😊 with our stay.
Worst of the Springhill brand I have ever stayed at. Dirty rooms. Carpets down to threads. Tv didn’t work. Outdated rooms. Bartender was rude and spread too thin. Front desk lack customer service skills. Up charges for parking. Hot elevators and hallways. Musty feeling in rooms. I have been to motels that were nicer.
It's a bit tired but the room was clean and comfortable. Typical free hotel breakfast. Great location for access to UM medical complex. Easy walking distance. Hopefully a one-off experience of checking in late in the evening and given a working key card to an occupied room, yikes!!!
Stayed here for one night before a cruise out of the port of Miami. Check-in was quick and easy, the room overall was good however there was debris on the ground so maybe the housekeeper didn’t do such a good job cleaning. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and the portions were larger than expected. We probably could’ve shared meals. Each meal is between $15-$20.
