I really appreciate their caring staff- including the housekeeping staff. We've stayed at this hotel 4+ times while visiting family. One particular trip we were visiting and staying at this hotel and my son wet the bed. Something he was completely embarrassed by. We stripped the bed and when the housekeeping staff came to our door to replace linens, I was apologizing, and the woman just quickly gathered up the dirty linens and said with a smile, "not to worry! it happens with kids. Upon checkin my 4yo got the stomach flu and she and I didn't leave our room for 24hoyrw. The staff was friendly and brought clean bedding and towels but were respectful, quick and quiet. And as we were checking out hey asked about her which was such a simple but kind action. We didn't swim in the pool or eat the food there but we were comfortable in our quiet and safe room. There were also a lot of power outlets which seems to be a rare find these days.
Excellent stay! Great breakfast! Great room! Court and Mary were excellent in making our stay great! I know that's a lot of excellents and greats, but they are well deserved.
Our stay was wonderful ! Worst part was having to leave !
