Overall an old building with lots of room for improvement. The carpet in the room was dirty and smelly; it definitely needs to be steam-vacuumed. The location is great, very close to the freeway. The staff were nice.
Called front desk 15 times no answer. Gave a friend a great rate and wouldn’t do the same for me. Same room, same time. Called toll free, got 5 ads before making a reservation.
Great stay! The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious, and had updated USB and USB-C outlets. Breakfast was convenient too. Schadrac at the front desk was amazing! He was friendly, welcoming, and made my family feel right at home. We spoke English to him, but it was really cool seeing him speak Spanish with other guests and make everyone feel welcome. Excellent customer service!
