This hotel was amazing! The entire staff were phenomenal and very welcoming. It was my father in law birthday and when we came back there was a picture and cookies at there door wishing him a happy birthday. A huge shout out to Ruth at the front desk for making this trip amazing. She was very friendly, courteous, helpful and an A+ employee! The view outside after eating breakfast was amazing! We will be coming back for sure!
Chandler made my night the best ever. I came in late with 5 kids and he worked with my budget plus my AAA discount and was able to get my kids and I in a room. We were all grumpy and tired due to traveling from Vegas to billings. Words alone can't describe how blessed I am that he was here tonight working. I know people always say to give employee a raise on reviews, well I think he deserves more then that. Employees like him are hard to find these days. Don't let him slip away. The location and facilities are amazing, very clean and spacious, front desk was super helpfull and friendly. My only 2 issue was a young man at the bar/grill who annoyed when he had to take food orders, very unprofessional and rude. Then we had to pay for daily parking.
