I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this Staybridge Suites was unacceptable from start to finish. First, the basic maintenance and cleanliness were nonexistent. Despite multiple requests for housekeeping, our room was never cleaned regularly. When you're staying at an extended-stay property, you expect a baseline of hygiene that was simply never met here. Confirmation 82637092. I am not happy with this stay. No complimentary water in the room. The AC is not getting cold, bed is too uncomfortable and very hot. Very difficult to sleep. I cannot recommend this hotel.
A great experience! Our family stayed here for a Navy graduation. The shuttle on grad morning was fast and clean! Housekeeping made our stay extra special- we brought balloons and streamers for our sailors overnight liberty and they hung up a few of the balloons while we were out! Thank you for making our special moment a bit more special!

Rooms are spacious and the hotel is really quiet. The front desk staff are super helpful and polite and the hotel is near food walmart and anything you need.. it is very close to the Navy base. So if you are coming in Navy graduation this is a great spot
