We stayed at the SpringHill Suites Anchorage Midtown twice during our Alaska trip. The front desk staff were very nice, and the room met our needs. Unfortunately, we had billing discrepancies after both stays. I contacted the hotel manager with the details but never received a response and ultimately had to escalate the issue to Marriott Customer Care. Billing mistakes happen, but the lack of follow-up from management was disappointing and took away from an otherwise satisfactory experience.

Decent room, not on par with Marriott standards. No trash bags in bins, AC barely works, not a plenty of options for breakfast. Requested an exchange of towels and trash cleaning, but they didn't take the trash or replace the towels. Front desk staff was not welcoming/friendly. Service definitely needs improvement. Poor overall value; I could have stayed in a much better place for the nightly price.

Casual and clean rooms. Helpful staff and the usual breakfast. Plenty of parking on site and safe neighborhood. However for over $500 a night it just did not have the amenities worthy of such a steep price.

Very clean and spacious and it is right in walking distance to great food and Shopping in the heart of midtown. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, free continental breakfast...
