Where do I even start. I stayed here just over a week ago. I’m lost for words at how atrocious a hotel can be. 1, Indian lady at the front was totally and utterly useless. Couldn’t answer 1 single question. Just kept smiling and saying, “Ok” to EVERY single question. Called the night before I got in, and same thing. Piece of advice, don’t hire someone who’s incompetent and can’t speak coherent English. 2, Room genuinely smelled like mold, that the first thing I did was open the windows. There was no one working when we arrived to check us in, we had to wait 40 min for them to come pulling up and check us in. The rooms are actually quite nice, except the roach that ran across our table. The pool was the main reason we stayed but it was "down for maintenance " the whole time we were there. And they never had the free breakfast out, I dont think staff even arrived until 9am.
Found roaches as soon as I walked in my room and when I went to report it to management they laughed in my face and refused a refund !
The white Lady manager is really rude.. the way she talks to paying customers. Don't book threw a 3rd party for this hotel she will let it be known that they don't make much on you with the discount we get. Seen her cussing another couple out for parking in a a spot that had a orange cone cause that's where the employees park up front. The other employees was real nice the hotel wasn't the cleanest roaches was in a picture on wall under mini fridge 1st night there no towels or toilet paper I had to go get myself.. Not a very up kept room, light bulbs needed changed. Saw a roach.....
