We just left there after two nights and it was a horrible experience. We found a bag of meth in the room in plain sight. I go downstairs to let the front desk know and they laughed at me 🤬🤬 I show them the bag and they didn't take it very serious at all. The white old lady is very rude and nasty, she asked me did I want her to bow down to me. I never seen anything like this!! DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! Stay away
This is a hotel—the absolute worst hotel in Cincinnati. Nothing in the room works, there is no staff, and the receptionist is a thoroughly unpleasant old woman. I do not recommend this place to anyone—absolutely no one. People, do not make the mistake of choosing this hotel. Cincinnati, Ohio.
