ZERO STARS the hotel staff are very rude. They do not communicate at all with their customers. When I arrived my room had half a cheeseburger in the corner. When I went to go shower cockroaches came out of the drain. When I went to counter the lady was very rude and had an attitude for absolutely nothing. She asked me what I wanted and then goes on to lying and becomes very hostile. Terrible place to stay if you have some self respect. And not to mention the moldy soap, dirty and filthy air vents. They charged my card $75 for a deposit for incidental.Have no idea why they didn’t just use my card on file if there was to be an incidental instead of automatically charging my card.I have to wait for that money now.Its inconvenient.There was hair all over the bathroom floor.So I am assuming house keeping did not sweep or mop the bathroom floor.Only had 2 towel.0 wash cloths.The bed was comfy and the pillows were comfortable as well.Convenient location.Did not see bugs.Room was very spacious.

Unacceptable being an understatement. I selected to pay at hotel. They tried to charge me anyhow. There wasn’t sufficient funds on the card I had it on the when they tried to charge me. So, I kept trying to call the hotel to confirm I had a place to stay on my trip. No one would answer. 7 calls and no answer. Yet, my hotel showed booked still.
