Was very disappointed when I arrived to find my room was a handicap room. I was not told this when I booked. After I arrived to my room, that's when I found out. Had I known this when I made my reservations, I would have stayed elsewhere. Pool water was cloudy and Saturday and Sunday's breakfast was not good. Staff was friendly. Very disappointed.
Everything was great, everyone was very nice and the room was very clean
Customer service of one particular front counter employee was absolutely horrible. I have both worked in and supervised customer service, Tiffany did not hold any of the qualities required. The other employees were fantastic, quick to answer questions and very helpful. Tiffany needs to be away from the customers if she continues to carry that attitude. Moving on to other aspects.
