Got stuck in a room that shares a wall with the elevator shaft. Clunking sounds and electric motors all night. Not much you can do about that, I get it. But upon arrival I discovered a dime sized hole in the bathroom sink. I reported this to the front desk whom instead of having us switch rooms sent maintenance to change out the sink while we were trying to get dressed for dinner. Busy weekend, again I get it. The room was very nice and clean.
Stayed here because of a weather event. The hotel staff were very helpful. The accommodations were clean and looked very new. Even though the hotel is located very close to the interstate, it was a quiet location.
