Good location. Fantastic customer service from the moment I checked in till I checked out from the front desk staff to every member of the team. Usually do not hang out at the lobby bar but Mike, the bartender will make me come back to this property versus anything else in the area. This was my very last resort to leave a review, however not hearing back from corporate yet and the lack of care and communication from the hotel itself warranted this. We stayed for a week a few weeks ago. I woke up at 3am to something that felt like a bug crawling on me . I immediately jumped up anxious and started looking around under the blankets the mattress and finally pulled up the bed skirts .
