Room was pretty okay but not worth the price by any means. Tv was outdated, upon booking it said room had a tub it didnt, the check in lady was kind but didnt offer us a any welcome bags or anything which usually at springhill they do. Breakfast was what I'd expect at a cheap motel. Honestly wish I booked next door Edit they also charged us twice due to fact their night check in worker was in training crazy to have someone at night checking people in w no help!!!
I stay in hotels about 50 nights a year and this stay was probably one of the best in recent memory. Great location, right off the highway in a safe area, plenty of parking, and a very welcoming front desk and lobby area. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much space the room had… A bonus for those traveling in groups is that at least the room type I had —- the shower and the toilet are in separate spaces, both with a sink. We stayed at the SpringHill Suites Harrisburg Hershey from March 20–22 while in town for a friend’s bat mitzvah, and I am still thinking about how kind the staff were. The hotel itself was very clean, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around the Harrisburg/Hershey area. Breakfast each morning was well organized and welcoming. During our stay, I thought I had accidentally thrown away my glasses in the breakfast area.
