We're still here. But I literally just found someone's shorts from a previous guest in between the couch and the ottoman? That's never happened before...maybe the maid service should be retrained? Kinda shocked rn and debating if I want to take a shower here...we'll bring it upon checking out Nice place. Friendly. Just not what you'd expect at a Marriott
We arrived for a 10 day stay, my mother in law had called weeks ahead to make sure we were on the first floor because we have a 4 year old, 3 year old, and 1 year old with us. When we got there our reservation was all messed up and we couldn’t even get the correct number of beds we reserved. We were put on the second floor and the elevator was broken. Was greeted by the front desk who clearly didn’t have time for us at the time of check-in. Elevator was down and had to take the stairs the duration of the stay. The stairs were dirty - what looked to be chipping paint was all over. Our room had paint patches on the wall and there was leftover open beverages from the last guests in our fridge. Definitely won’t be back to a SpringHill Suites.
