I am a Bonvoy Platinum member, but my stay was just a night in a SpringHill Suites. So I was obviously didn't expect too much from it. The one thing I did expect though was the hotel to honor my earned benefits. However that was not the case. We had hoped to stay a bit longer on the day we checked out (1 PM vs noon). This is a guaranteed benefit for the level of status I hold. However the front desk clerk would not grant the request. Not much to say but nice and cozy comfy rooms and clean , I would rent from them again .
