Pool was under construction
All was good except no pool due to upgrades, considering its summer and vacation time you would think they would do upgrades in down time.
We just arrived here this evening and booked this place for the grandkids because of the swimming pool. It shows the pool is open but after booking and paying for the room it indicates no pool. This place is the worst. I'm in the room now and the room is 84 degrees and not cooling down. I'm very upset with the hospitality. I called to the front office to report the a/c is not cooling the room and was told there sending someone up to take a look at the a/c and it well take awhile to cool.
