My experience at Springhill Suites in Lake Charles was disappointing from start to finish. The lobby was welcoming and clean upon arrival, and the front desk staff were friendly. The elevator has been fixed since my last visit and no longer requires a call to the front desk for assistance. However, both elevators still produce alarming and strange noises, which was unsettling. Unfortunately, the room itself was in poor condition. Was there for a unexpected funeral
Incompetent and non-responsive staff. For some reason, they allow loud music to be played till 10 PM Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Literally stay at a Hilton instead.
