Was good to get away for awhile even if it was to escort my aunt for appointments.
Jacki (islander), the supervisor giving snide looks at a 70 year old woman speaking to her as if she was a child about Medicaid policies- her facial expressions need to be kept to a minimum when checking in guest- instead of treating people who come in with Medicaid vouchers below any other Marriott member. I for one am a member and to experience this distasteful interaction with my mother while checking in, concerns me for the others who come in with vouchers being treated less than.
