They had a terrible, terrible mouse problem when we were there last summer. The office ladies gave us sticky pad traps to combat them...it didn’t work and we had to throw a lot of our things away due to mouse damage. It was really bad! The facility itself was nice, but who knew we’d be over run with lots of mice damaging most of our stored belongings. Not a good experience for us. I have been renting a unit here for several months. Soon my moving will be complete and I won't need the unit. I recommend this company highly! They have been awesome to work with and forthcoming with billing practices. I would use them again.
The units and property are secure and well kept. Sharon and Ginger are awesome. I would definitely recommend NW Mini storage for your storage needs!
