Great sales staff
Good people there from the Service Department to Sales and the Administrative Office. Will always go there first to look for a vehicle.
Had an appointment at 7:00am at 9:50 my truck had not gone in to the shop area to be looked at. I had explained that I worked night shift and would bring in early and wait for it to be fixed. I was told 2 hours and it would be done. Wrong it was never looked at by a technician. This is not the first time I had a problem at springhill Toyota. Oh by the way this a new truck with less than 7000 miles.
