We recently used Springhill Hospice, and from the hospital when we met with Angela Alvis to discuss the possibility of their services to coming home on hospice, our experience was one of compassion, availability and there for questions and concerns throughout the process. The nurse on our case was Susan Morrow and she showed knowledge, care, and compassion with every visit, text or phone call. Whatever you do please do not leave your loved ones alone with these people.They will prescribe medications with no oversight or monitoring (nitrofurantoin) which is a strong antibiotic that damaged my 93 yr old dad only kidney.Bedside manners is disgusting.My family will pursue this wrongful death.
Bedside Manor it was terrible they expected me to get my bedridden girlfriend up and bring her to the living room so they think I see her there instead of walking back to the bedroom and dealing with her there lazy company would not refer them to take care of my dog they decided to drop her for no reason but they made up a bunch of them anyway my mother was on hospice for 8 years the company she was with never had a problem on going back to her bedroom never made it hard on her like this company made on my girlfriend she cou... read more
The folks at Springhill were great during a very difficult time. They gave care and support not only to the patient but the caregiver as well. I felt we were the only patient they had. I will never forget , Rachael, Susan, Jessica, Malea and Stacy.
My grandmother’s nurse, Susan was amazing. As well as our aide, Carrie. They both felt like family. They always went above and beyond. I highly recommend Springhill Hospice to anyone thats needing hospice care.
