Dr. Lacher has cared for our horses for several years, and bringing Dr. Vurgason aboard is one of Erica's many brilliant decisions. Springhill is a full-care practice. The office staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The techs are true horse-people, and our critters love them. And the vets are capable, competent, and reliable experts. Very poor on a number of occasions. Their prepaid plans are nothing but HMOs, with a vet who wont call you back or show up, and when she does, shecant think of the name for what your horse has 'because its monday'
I am blessed to have Dr. Latcher and her staff in our area. She has always been there when I needed her most.
