Someone was sent to my house this morning without giving me any warning, woke up my baby, and left before I could answer the door and proceeded to turn off my power. Another corrupt utility company with a monopoly on basic needs doing the worst for citizens of the town. They lied about sending letters, are rude on the phone and refused to set up a proper payment plan or care that my kid has medical issues. They refuse to help then say "oh you never set up a plan." Horrible.
