EDIT- wow! They also lie about their call logs too Funny how I see another person with the experience of them lying about letters. Another corrupt utility company with a monopoly on basic needs doing the worst for citizens of the town. They lied about sending letters, are rude on the phone and refused to set up a proper payment plan or care that my kid has medical issues. They refuse to help then say "oh you never set up a plan." Horrible.
No 24 hour notice for shutoff. Got done with a 17 hour work day to no power and a disconnect notice. And it wasn’t even a huge bill either.
There is no lobby here for customer service. They only have one walk up window and drive up payment machine. There is very little in the way of face to face in person customer service. Finance section was extremely rude. Kept asking me why customer service didn't answer my questions and I said they sent me to you and said finance section answers those questions.
