EWEB is offering a 260 dollar credit to anyone whos job is effected by COVID19. not just low income people but everyone suffering. i have a positive 10$$ on my account and became instantly unemployed last week due to COVID19 and dont qualify for services because of the positive 10 dollars on my account.
Do you all have a plan to help aid folx in need during this time of pandemia? Or are the people of Springfield only good for money. Just havent seen u all address anything

Power went out while my teens and younger kiddos were home while I was out running errands. I came home when my teen called and told me power was out. I called SUB, and within 10 minutes a one man crew came out and restored power! Thanks!
Why are there over 2000 lineman needed in California to rebuild from the wild fires and SUB won’t send any crews. Instead your crews are doing maintenance that can wait and does not restore power to anyone? I think it’s rather pathetic you claim to be in the best interest of people but when they really need assistance you deny them.

Thank you for your comment. We have mutual aid agreements that can be activated when we get a request for aid, but we are unaware of any requests. If we do receive a request, we try to accommodate if possible, as long as we have staff resources to meet SUB customer needs.
