The manager of this dealership was aware that me and my boyfriend were driving 2 and a half hours away and sold us a vehicle that's frame was compromised, I had the vehicle for 3 days after paying $2,000 up front for the vehicle. we were turning around in our vehicle and the bolts on the steering box came off. This bogus car lot just sold my daughter a vehicle less than a week ago and it’s leaking gas as she’s driving... but I can’t believe they didn’t know the gas lines were so rusted out! So are you not inspecting these vehicles? No empathy from the salesman either which I find even more disturbing!My daughter is a young single parent trying to make ends meet... Drove over 2 hours to check out a box van to find out that it had no back door, the transmission was weak and slipping, the exhaust had no catalytic converters and had glass packs, and the engine had a miss that didn’t go away like the owner stated it would over the phone. I talked to brad several times by phone before driving up and repeatedly asked what was wrong with it. Actually inspect the vehicles they sell. I recently purchased a 1997 F150 XLT from them for $3000, and when I asked what was wrong mechanically was told nothing. It only needed an alignment and some tires. Just under two months after I bought it, the exhaust broke off at the engine manifold, after being attached with what appear to be ratchey straps screwed into the exhaust, it jumped into 4 wheel drive Low while driving on the interstate, and will not switch out.
They were very helpful and friendly. The small staff worked together to get us into the perfect car for the perfect price for our needs. I would recommend buying from here. in the future, I will look to buy again from these guys !!
