My children have beenpatients here for a very long time. My oldest is getting ready to make the change to an adult dentist but my 2 other will continue to be patients. Dr. Andrea is wonderful! The office is very cute and all the staff is great with the children, and parents too!
My daughter had her appointment today for her teeth cleaning and check up . We got there 10 min early like they told me to on the phone when I made the appointment. We’ve been there twice before with no problems in and out right away . Well today we waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes , my other 2 kids were getting impatient so my husband took them to the car and drove them around . Springfield Pediatric Dentistry is absolutely amazing!! The staff is pleasant and comfortable for the children. Both my kids go here. My son was referred bc where he was going they weren’t taking care of him properly. Dr. Myers took care of him and made sure he wasn’t worried or anxious. She treated him like one of her own! My other child is special needs and had recent surgery when I brought her to Dr. Myers. If not for her education and attention to detail that others may have missed! Nothing but very good experiences however since my child is older we will now have to part ways hope to get the same great service in the future elsewhere
