Trying to rip off your patience, making appointments you can’t keep! Changing doctor because he had to go to surgery. I know that’s not true, or he’s double bookings.

called 5 times put on. hold. try to the girl we keep disconnecting on the 5th call when i told her that .Her answer. I am busy. I have people at the windows and people on the phone then she put me on hold again after she finally answered she stated my insurance won't pay them So I went to Mercy Orthopedics every nice person on phone got in very happy.I made the right choice. somebody needs to teach there office how to answer phones.
RecommendedMy husband has had 2 knee replacements and recently had his hip replaced. Doctors and staff are the best. Same goes for the Re Hab Dept. Would definitely recommend for your orthopaedic needs.
RecommendedJust want to add to the comments praising Dr Thompson! I have had approx 20+ surgeries over the years and he has done one of them 2 years ago. He is definitely one of my most favorite physicians! Talented, kind, compassionate and definitely skilled. Also the OM, Mr Smith, was very understanding and helpful when I needed to speak with him! Thank you!!
RecommendedWe went in to the walk-in clinic got in to xray then to doctor, waited a few to get an MIR scheduled. A great group of staff, helpful and very nice.
RecommendedThis morning I had a meniscus surgery and Dr. T and Matt (I actually didn't see him but he was there) are just amazing. Serious, but light-hearted too, working so hard to get patients back to their world. I love all these people. They are instrumental to making my life the best it can be!
