I had a terrible experience with the surgeon I was scheduled to see. I am in need of surgery on my neck and lower back. I explained to him that I was experiencing problems with a new medication which I had started a few days before. Instead of trying to see how he could help me. He and his nurse judged me and were very rude and unkind. I was offered no options for relief. Their real interest was billing my insurance. They had nor demonstrated any concern for my wellbeing.
