I rarely leave reviews, but I also don’t often have positive experiences at doctor’s offices, They are rarely bad, but average at best. The spine Institute was very quick and timely. I had very little wait either in the waiting room or in the exam room. The nurse was very kind. And Dr. Stokke was so kind and he listened and he took the time that I needed to give me the advice I needed. Great team of doctors and nurses. Two years later doing 99.9%better. no more pain.
called 14 days ago and spoke to Amy about a specific concern. Gave her the info needed to get test done in the emergency med center. she said Dr Jarad would review before setting up apps. no word for 14 days. Now I feel going back to FL where medical aid is closer is the better choice.
I understand why this facility has such low reviews. Dr. Crabtree dismissed me and wasted my time. I’ve had this throbbing arm pain, with neck and shoulder disfunction with weakness. I cannot raise my left arm up and it is super painful to even take my shirt off over my head. Dr. Crabtree said it is all aging related. He didn’t recommend physical therapy or give any helpful direction of how I can reduce pain and overcome this dysfunction.
