I have lived in countless apartments in Springfield (most owned by TLC) this company is hands down the best I have rented from. I have lived at 2 different SLA properties and my current apartment is AMAZING. I haven’t had to put in many maintenance request over the last year. When I do they are promptly fixed. Staff is super nice! I will be renting from them for a long time to come. I wish I could purchase the apartment from them haha.

The staff are very responsive and great to work with. I am impressed with how quickly the maintenance crew works. We receive text reminders of events taking place ahead of time. During my stay, they made several improvements to the place. It's remarkable how responsive and effective the staff are.

I am not a resident, but I assure you that this is a genuine review. I had been delivering a cake to the Blue Room Comedy Club and parked in the lot adjacent to the building. I did not realize that there was a permit-only parking sign on the gate of the parking lot, the lot was nearly completely empty with plenty of parking spots available.
