I was reading the reviews for Springfield Loft Apts as my current lease elsewhere is almost up...I couldn't help but to notice the one star given by Meghan Ulrich...I mean to give someone 1 star because u decided to park in a non public parking lot for 2 hours after clearly reading the signs that stated no pubic parking, and resulting in getting your vehicle towed is bananas... I'm Sorry, but that's your own fault , and a fifth grader could tell u that..It's posted no parking, yes it's just a civil violation, but it's still ... read more
I have lived in countless apartments in Springfield (most owned by TLC) this company is hands down the best I have rented from. I have lived at 2 different SLA properties and my current apartment is AMAZING. I haven’t had to put in many maintenance request over the last year. When I do they are promptly fixed. Staff is super nice! I will be renting from them for a long time to come. I wish I could purchase the apartment from them haha.
The staff are very responsive and great to work with. I am impressed with how quickly the maintenance crew works. We receive text reminders of events taking place ahead of time. During my stay, they made several improvements to the place. It's remarkable how responsive and effective the staff are.
