I've been here to compete in the NASA powerlifting meets twice now and I absolutely adore this gym. It has everything and more! It's clean, has amazing equipment and lots of space and you can NOT forget about the Underground! The staff has always been kind during our visits. If I lived around the area, this would be my home gym. No doubt.
Love the classes and the gym . Like the fact that it feels like a personal gym and not a gym without all those eyes on you. Staff is friendly and make you feel welcome! Would definitely recommend to others.
Awesome place to get lost in your routine, I love that the weights are returned (in order) when people are done, I have been to a few gyms where members walk away and leave a mess, this does not happen here
I absolutely love this gym. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they really encourage you to push further and to achieve your goals. I have never once felt judged or looked down upon and that is something that is very important to me since I am just starting my journey. It really is a place for all people.
This is the best gym I've gone to. They have everything you could possibly need. The space is large enough that it never feels crowded. The staff is great!
Will be in to join you as soon as my husband cancels his planet fitness membership. With all of their car break ins and seeing bed bugs, we just can't do planet fitness anymore! Have heard you run a much better gym!
I cannot say enough good things. I started my journey 6mths ago.. The people are amazing, professional and friendly. The opportunities are endless with all the class choices and equipment that are available. Pat Frock has definitely created a sound professional business with that sense of family!!
