Flex was just what I needed this morning. Loved it!
As someone that needs to lose 100+ pounds I can say I feel so at ease and actually feel like I belong. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
An amazing place with a competent and amazing staff. Every time I step in that gym I am greeted--most times by name. The class schedule is diverse and amazing. I highly encourage you to check it out.

I recently moved back to Springfield and I'm so happy this gym is here. The vibe I was looking for, tons a space, and super easy access/parking. I see big things happening at this location and wish the new owners the absolute best moving forward. A MAJOR bonus has been hiring Jayson Reed as a personal trainer.
