Everyone in the office was polite and helpful. The mechanics found a couple other issues I didn't know about and fixed them all the same day. Very pleased overall.
The guys did a great job on the truck especially after it went through heck with another shop.
My truck completely lost power, and I had to call a towing company to bring it to the shop. I showed invoices from the previous two dealerships — Premier Truck Group Tulsa and Amarillo — and explained that I came in with the same issues. It took them almost 4 days just to run diagnostics, and during that time I had to stay in a hotel. After 4 days, they told me the truck was ready to go.
