Great experience today. Bryan was the least pushy salesperson I have ever encountered at an oil change facility. He was more interested in providing me options than "upselling" me products. As a result, I found that a couple of their services were exactly what I needed. The guy under my car, Josh, was invcredible! I have been hearing an unsettling "clunk" from the engine for awhile. Will never go there again. I’ve been bringing my own AmsOil and filter there for 15+ years and paying for a regular $29.95 oil change and now because I’m bringing my own you wanna charge me $49.95 as an inconvenience fee. That’s a bunch of BS. Your already making extra on me because your keeping your oil and filter to sell to someone else. Free inventory what more could you ask for! Greedy people you are!!! AAMCO across the street was more than happy to earn my all my fleet vehicle’s business.
This place is amazing. Quick, efficient and friendly. Excellent customer service. Josh and Kyle did a great job and communicated the entire time. I would and WILL recommend them to every one I know!😀
