I CALLED THEM UP, AND HAD ONE DONE DAY AFTER AUG. 8 BIRTHDAY (AUGUST 9, 2022...8:00 AM) IT TOOK THEM 2 HOURS (8 AM TO 10 AM) TO GET IT DONE, AND I GO PICK THEM UP AT 3:30 PM TO PICK THEM UP! WOW! My experience with DDS was amazing from arrival to departure and every visit since! Literally every person who I have met with there was awesome at what they do. I have really bad dental anxiety, I needed all my teeth pulled (witch was a mouth full!). The staff at DDS was absolutely wonderful to me knowing my fears and helping to keep me calm during visits. I need to share my terrible experience with DDS of Springfield. I contracted them to remove a broken front tooth, add some bone graft, an implant and place a new crown. I had the first procedure on Monday July 13th. The dentist insisted I purchase an Invisilign temporary bridge while the bone graft healed for the next few months. I told the dentist I could feel pressure on my other front tooth…another crown. On Wednesday July 15th the continued pressure from the temporary bridge dislodged my good crown! Fast appointment time when I called
I had a consultation yesterday with Dr. Knewtson. I have awful teeth (what’s left) and terrible dentist anxiety. He put me at ease, was super gentle with the exam, explained what my options were, and never once made me feel awful about the position I am in. I set up my procedure for December as I already have time scheduled off at work then. Excited to see my new smile! And start a pain free life!
