My kids and I have seen Dr. Cheng and Dr. Reeves, both excellent dentists. The hygienists are great as well, Christa is very friendly and did a wonderful job with us. Have to say though after my fillings today, Dr. Reeves is a rock star! My usual stubborn teeth were having a difficult time getting numb all the way, but she made sure to do multiple shots so I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. I have been her before and everything was perfect but what I am so impressed with is how they treated my daughter. It was her first time at the dentist and she did great! They made her feel so comfortable, they answered any and all questions she and I had. They never got annoyed when she kept moving around. They way they spoke to her and let her hold different tools so she can get use to them was wonderful. When it was my turn to get my teeth cleaned they even let her help, which she LOVED! Springfield Dental Care did a great job of making me feel safe to go to my appointment. I was asked to call their office from their parking lot. Then, someone came out to take my temperature. She then led me directly to the room where a hygienist was waiting to perform my dental examination and cleaning. I was asked to wash my hands and gargle with a provided solution.
