RecommendedI was amazed at their beautifully decorated new building! The whole staff is so friendly. My hygienist, Mary is amazing,and Dr. Reeves is awesome. I highly recommend Springfield dental care!

RecommendedNothing bad to say about Springfield Dental Care. I went there yesterday due to Dr Cheng having relocated to this facility. Waiting area was nice, Rooms were exceptionally clean, and every staff member I came in contact with was excellent. Anna (Hygienist) - 5 Stars. Dr Cheng (Dentist) - 5 Stars.
The girl doing the appts, messed 3 different appts that I TRIED to make for both my daughter's. One being a $700 out of pocket, root canal. and couldn't find time in the "dentists schedule". cuz she only does them 2 days a week. They were a joke. Every time I called I felt like I was talking to the lady in the movie "Tommy Boy". No idea what she was doing! We will find a dentist office who's knows how important people's time and schedules are. See ya!
