I was at Springfield Commons for about 3 months. Firstly, they made me pay a double deposit despite my credit being fine (so 1566), then Kerri Russel told me a cockroach infestation had been fixed. The first night in the apartment I went to go to turn the kitchen lights on and you could literally see them scurrying about on every surface. I was given a notice to vacate on 7/31/25 for FALSE noise violations as they were coming from my upstairs neighbors. A cop even came by and said he couldn't hear anything. I was told that my applicationsfee would be refunded of $75 if I did not qualify to be a tenant. That was a week ago. I was called and notified I was denied and the same lady who initially told me my app fee would be refunded is now telling me she's unsure if they can refund me that fee.
I greatly appreciate the reviews and these are not nice which helps me to decide on whether or not to check them out.

Been Here For A Few Years And Have To Stay Because Other Places Are Over Priced ATM. This Place Hasd Fire Alarms Going Off The First 6 Months Of 2021 Every Day. 3x-4x They Refused To Get Them Fixed. This Apartment Complex Has Had 6x Owners I Believe Sense We Have Moved In TBH We Got Some Many Notices Of New Owners I Forgot.
