Everyone was nice and took time to explain things.
Staff and Doctor friendly and helpful. Arrived early, but was put in a room and waited 20 or more minutes before seeing the doctor. Otherwise, nice facility, convenient and very good.
Great doctors and staff but after working all day in Springfield,il I drove home to pay bills on a Friday and I pulled up at 4:32pm. The door was locked so I drove home. Called the office they picked up and all they said was oh I don’t know what happened. So let me get this right if I’m late I get penalized but you could’ve kept the doors open till at least 4:50pm. So thanks for having me rush over a hour away knowing you was open till 5 . Horrible service..
