We've had our son in to you people repeatedly for an ear ache..... "it's just wax" we were told...... now we're dealing with a ruptured ear drum because your nurses have no more knowledge than I do with a high school diploma!
I go to Altamont clinic for the most part, they have a very friendly staff that always cares about your needs and worries! I couldn't ask for a better clinic! During my pregnancies they always were there to reassure me on anything I was doubting, same for raising my babies. They always get me in within reasonable timing, not a long wait in the waiting room, and that's if we have one at all! Keep up the great work!
It's handicap insensitive and challenging it starts with parking and goes on
I have seen improvement in the past year in regard to scheduling appointments. Everyone is kind and treats you well.
