amazing, friendly, knowledgeable people! Jon was able to take my less than technical description of what my car was doing, and within the span of a couple hours, everything was great again!
We have been impressed with the team at Springfield Automotive. It has become obvious that they are there to support customer needs first. We appreciated learning about the possibility of upcoming repairs without being persuaded to get more repairs done at the moment. They are skilled, competent and polite as we decide together which maintenance to have done. After the first visit we decided we'd stay with SA for as long as possible. XOXOXO
Amazing service. Jon took my call and listened to my story. I'm traveling cross country for several months. My transmission died on me and my car is my home during my travels. On the phone he took the time to find all the parts, explain to me what was happening and what I needed to do before I brought it in. Then on top of that got me a better deal then anyone in Eugene or Springfield. Great customer service.
Terrible customer service from a guy named Jon. Got defensive when I asked what the "diagnosis " was for my car.. Which is the whole reason I took it in and paid to have it looked at. I can't believe he gets away with talking to customers the way he did me and my mother today.. He talked to me like I couldn't understand what he was saying and was extremely unkind and UN professional. Great place willing to go out of their way for their customer
Springfield Automotive Service earned a new customer yesterday. Me. I was told by a Eugene dealership that my repairs would require an expensive part, and that it was a 3 hour job to install it. I decided to keep it local and contact Springfield Automotive Service for a second opinion. Glad I did. As it turns out the part was not needed, and they had me out of there in 1 hour with only a small part, and the cost was 10% of what the dealership was going to charge me.
