I got a used engine from them and they put old pieces I had welded together from my old engine back on the new engine. it started to overheat causing a sensor in my transmission to trigger. when I took the it in for them to look at it they called me back saying I needed a new transmission. the price they gave me was too expensive so I brought it home to have a friend look at it and see if they could help me with it. vacuum hose was disconnected and my radiator was completely empty. once he fill my radiator and put my vacuum ... read more

I went for a quote on a transmission rebuild. They told me that my Nissan Frontier’s transmission couldn’t be rebuilt because the rebuild cost would exceed the value of the truck. He tried to sell me a re manufactured transmission that was supposedly the only one left in the U.S. I took my truck down the street to AAMCO, they rebuilt my transmission and I had it back within a week. The cost was $300 less than I was quoted for the re manufactured one. AAMCO said that they rebuild 3-4 Frontier transmissions a month.
