Apartments are infested with bugs and lizards. Springfield Apartments appear to be amazing homes but once you move in you’ll discover that they do a rush job repairing things in the apartment before you move in and that you will see a new creature in your apartment every week. The only thing the staff will tell you is that you can be added to the pest control list but that doesn’t help.
This is the worst, most unprofessional apartment complex. The communication is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My boyfriend and I applied to Springfield apartments a month ago and they apparently had a new management. Long story short we were approved for our apartment but were never notified. I found out by going there to get my Administrative fee refunded after I was told when I did my application that if I chose not to go with the apartments or if we were denied i could get that money back. HELL NO. RUN PEOPLE RUN! YOU WILL GET VERY SICK LIVING THERE. THE WORKERS DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE PROBLEMS. THEY ARE A MONEY HUNGRY COMPLEX.
