Springfield is the best apartment community I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of! The staff is phenomenal, and always eager to make things better for their residents. The grass is greener on the other side in this case!
I'm so happy that I chose this complex when moving to Lubbock. Whitney (the apartment manager) is wonderful- she is friendly and thoughtful, and she knows all of us that live here. The grounds/maintenance crew are wonderful- the few times I've called about anything, it's taken care of that day and done well. Everyone is friendly and they take care of their pets- including outside, picking up after their dogs. And I have read some stories of other complexes- I never hear my neighbors- except occasional sounds from the girl up... read more

My experiences at Quaker Pines Townhomes was very poor. Management team was non-responsive. Maintenance was exceptional. Overall very unhappy with the property. I was a resident for two years and just moved out at the end of June 2016. For me it was the worst apartment experience I had in Lubbock.
