It’s comforting to know he’s in a safe community and that the staff is always friendly and all issues get resolved quickly. We will miss this complex and its staff when he’s done with school. Springfield is the best apartment community I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of! The staff is phenomenal, and always eager to make things better for their residents. The grass is greener on the other side in this case!

I'm so happy that I chose this complex when moving to Lubbock. Whitney (the apartment manager) is wonderful- she is friendly and thoughtful, and she knows all of us that live here. The grounds/maintenance crew are wonderful- the few times I've called about anything, it's taken care of that day and done well. Everyone is friendly and they take care of their pets- including outside, picking up after their dogs. And I have read some stories of other complexes- I never hear my neighbors- except occasional sounds from the girl up... read more

I've Never lived in a more wonderful apartment or rental house . The management staff here are phenomenal , they are like family ! I've lived here 6 1/2 yrs and if I ever have to move it will be a personal tragedy . Sincerely you needn't look anywhere else because when you live at Springfield you are Home. I'd give them 10 stars if I could . Kathy Morgan
